empy in campaign

i played emperor in windows home edition under the patch of 1.09 and campaign always crashes, so i reinstalled to 1.04 and all went well, until every after mission there is a 50% chance that i am sent back to my desktop, and emperor quits...why???

Have you ruled out all the usual suspects ? Drivers and antivirus? Drivers is a very big cause of problems.

hmm hav no antivirus installed... im gonna check out the drivers...

Erm, maybe you should think about antivirus. It is very important. Heck, that could even be the problem (virus's - I know, its viri, but that sounds stoopid).
