I have a problem with super dune 2 , when i start up the game it closes and says that super sune 2 is an invalid directory, do i need to put it in with the actual dune 2 game even though it says it comes with it?

I just thought you might have an incorrect shortcut or something. It is better to use DOSBox emulator, as it allows to play with sound and music, and the game runs quite smoothly. Do you start Super Dune 2 with the batch file (SD2.BAT)?

EDIT: Judging by what you said in the other thread (Dune Editing), you seem to use an incorrect executable name. There are two batch files that start Super Dune 2: D2.BAT for the original Dune 2 and SD2.BAT for the Super version. The batch files are used because other sub-programs like a readme are launched before the game. So, either you create a shortcut for SD2.BAT, or, in DOS prompt/DOSBox console, go to the folder where Super Dune 2 is installed and type SD2.
