Dune 2 Image Files

I was looking through the uploaded files here at Fed2k, and was very pleased to find The Legacy's DuneII GFX download.

However, it wasn't complete, and I was wondering if anybody had the full set tthat they could let me have please?

I have the original D2 game, but have absolutely no clue as to how to go about getting them myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I did not know Dune Legacy had also a gfx pack on fed2k? I once made a package, which is available at arrakis.dune2k.com, but its not entirely complete (though you have practicly enough to create an own clone). I will probably update it some time and republish it.

The Emperor's scenes are all missing, and most/all the movies are in corrupted palettes and incomplete too. Those are the main things I guess, but I was still wondering is somebody could either get the complete set for me (please) or show me how to do it for myself.

My intention for these files is based on a... previous effort, but I hope to echo the idea behind "Dune2 Clones" in my project :).

with the xcc utilities you can extract them yourself. :) Just search for them in the pak files, dunno what pak file really.

Really? I had no idea that XCC worked on such an old game!

yeah, though it somehow looks odd with the latest xcc version. I managed one to show the pictures ok (with the right palette). But also, if you extract them, even when they are looking odd, they look fine somehow once extracted...
