Dude_Doc
The problem is: FEAR lags heavily on my computer when I play on high resolution. My new computer has:Windows XP os200 GB free HD1024 MB RAM (DDR)Intel Pentium 4 3,0 Ghz processorGeforce PCX 5750 graphic cardI have updated my Geforce drivers with the ForceWare found on www.nvidia.comI also have Direct X 9.0c August edition (or whatever the exact version that came with the game was). Now, Doom 3, Half-Life 2 and Quake 4 works perfectly well with the highest settings turned on. I don't see FEAR requiring much more than (at least) Quake 4 does, and besides that, FEAR isn't running well even on high or medium settings, so what is the problem? (Note: The game does run in general, so there is no trouble playing it... on low settings.)
Nyarlathotep
Check if you have an EAX option turned on (sound). If so, try turning it off and see if there's any difference.
