win crach or....???

hi.  can the  famous bugs of  empror  battle of dune sutch as the exe error or the backspace freez bugs  , can they even force win to crach?? restarting to hole pc. i had it happening a couple of times one of them was while loading. am a bit worried after i had some power failuer problem if you remeber, i just wanna know if  those restarts are only related to game craches . or could my pc be a factor again..

Do they only happen while the game is being played ? It sounds as though that is what is happening.

I have never had a game of emp cause the computer to restart, but that may just be my setup.

Check your Event viewer (If you are on XP or 2k). Right click on My Computer and choose manage. The first item on top left should say EVents or something. Try that.

Also, in Control Panel, System, Advanced, Startup and Recovery button, untick Automatically restart (last tick box).

Sorry if any of that doesnt tie up, I am pretty tired. Dont worry if you cant find something I have mentioned, I might have got it wrong. But if you can find those things, try them, it should help give you an indication of whats wrong.

yes it happened only 2 times in  long  peridos only during game.. i have the exe error log file all the time on my list so i dont cremeber when it happend.  as for the otomatic restart  i unchecked the box. maybe that will  stop it thx
