Hey, this is one really cool map! Now you know what I'll be playing whenever I hop onto Emperor skirmishes...

It's a little unbalanced though, due to odd rock positions. Also, it's fun decimating a base built on fortified ground 8)

A suggestion: Please remove the trees at the start. I found myself using flame tanks to clear the trees for more building space. I know it's there for aesthetics and to be part of the "Ixian experiment" (really? I thought the Ix had no part in this besides using weather controllers.... could that be it?), but for gameplay reasons you could remove them.

This one works...

Well, the trees are there as part of the "ixian experiment"... and its kind of unballanced because of the different sized rock areas. Still, its a cool map and I think well done, in the way I think a good Emperor map should be done - well made in mapeditor as well as worked textures.

In fact, I think this map is almost perfect for roleplaying... except that Emperor isn't suitable for roleplaying...

Well, at least I could derive some pleasure burning trees down at the start. I've never tried doing this, but is it possible to capture the Ixian base, using carryalls and an APC with engineers?

Yes, maybe that's is the "problem" of the map... its suited for roleplaying, like a mission map. But I guess you cant make everyone happy... I like it!

You can capture the structures, just fire at them once and they are considered as enemy and then you can engineer them.
