When I downloaded KH2, and installed it, all the files stayed in a huge lump. This also happened with COAD. Can anybody help me install KH2?

Another problem, slightly different. When I extract the Shai Huld mod files, the activator does not work.

Was your first problems solved?

About you second problem:

Do you get some kind of error message?

Can you attach the "SHinfo.dat" file (it is in the same directory as all the other files) to your post?
