I think FED2k needs a new layout, for Dune 3. I'm bored with the old one :)

I think it is a good idea if there will be a new section for Dune 3.

I think it is more the content on the site then the layout that makes it worth visiting. I have contemplated a new layout but haven't starting working on it. A section for the upcoming games should be ready soon.

Content is number 1, layout is number 2.

If there are 2 site that both offers regular news updating, I beleive people will visit the one with better layout of course. Well, except if the other site offer cool things (WWN with it's mag, RAX with it's exclusives, etc).

I didn't mean to say that the layout is bad, only it will be better if it gets a new one with the new dune atmosphere...

Indeed, the just released movie is going to bring a lot of new attention to the dune games, and even dune universe in general. It's probably going to be a "new age" of popularity for FED2K, do it would be the right time to adopt a new layout.

However, the current layout is very clean and functionnal, something that often lacks in the graphical/java/flash intensive layouts of several other sites.

If a new layout were to be adopted, I hope it would remain as clean as the current one.
