Cant get emperor to work. please help.

I cant Emperor to work on my computer. I can install the game, but when I go to open it again the closes. I get no error messages. Im running widows Xp a geforce 4 and a 2.2G processor. Any ideas on how to fix.

I had that problem once, are you trying to run it with the instal disk still in by any chance? did you try puting in one of the house cd's? that actually fixed my problem once.
