Repair pad Is it in Emperor?

I've been to the westwood boards and it seems that the Repair pad as well as other units have been cut from the game.... I am a 3d modellor, I have already made a low poly 3d mesh of the repair pad. when Emperor comes out, if someone will make a tool to add new buildings and vehicles to the game, I will mod all the missing units, Is anyone else interested in helping me? Here is a pic of my untextured Repair pad:

No it isn't, the Ordos repair automatically and the Atreides have the repair vehicle. Those dirty Harks cant repair at all!

Pretty sad that the ( my ) Harkonnens can't repair at all. But that is what you get in exchange for some very powerful units.

The only way for Harkonnen units to repair is for them to gain "2 bar" veterency, I think. Which means they have to survive for a long time. I think it will be quite rare for Harkonnen infantry (their Achilles heel, IMHO) to gain veteran status, especially the "2 bar" variety.
