Strange Sound problem... echoes

I heard echoes of all the sounds that my computer plays, even the start sound of the desktop. I can herad it when I`m listening music or playing a game. This happen even if I have headphones.

I noticed this problem yesterday and it haven`t happened to me before.

I have Sound Blaster Live! and a Subwoofer, Commodore C-6301.
