You`re first question is difficult to answer untill you have a problem.

2 question is that there are different pepole running different servers to play on.(like back ups)

3 question As mine account for Emperor works with dune 2000,I think you`re is working for emperor.Why don`t you try it out?

if you want another account try to log on from the file in Emperor battle  for dune files in you`re directory:

C:Emperor/Internet /registrer  ( or what ever drive emperor is in )

try that and see if it works , does for me tho
