I was thinking of the antideluvians before the flood. I believe they lived for hundreds upon hundreds of years as I take it literally. I do so for all the bible.

anyways not all people would be like this, but those who saw life in a real perspective, and lived so long. I almost think sometimes that they wouldnt be grave and sage-like. It would seem to me that those who understood the real shortness of time after living so long would see life in almost a childlike way, with a great sense of humor.

To me I dont think those who lived for ages would act like a Gandalf, who is wary with the worries of life. For some reason I think it would be totally different. How do you think wisdom would progress if we could live a thousand years? it may seem like a silly question, just curious though.

Living long would prevent you from understanding time as well. And as flowing time is one of the characteristics of our universe, so we wouldn't be able to sufficiently control it. First generations, which lived for centuries, lost their partial immortality, let their descendants can understand the world by more complexion and gain the immortality by themselves. Malkuth, vulgarily said.

You're correct that it is a silly question, like what would it be like if we had super mind powers. Anyway, I'd imagine the person to be the person most further into insanity. A peculiar case for study.
