There's a fairly basic program Web Publishing Wizard which usually comes with bits of Office (if you have it); its relatively standalone in its execution; it should do the trick. Mine's called WPWIZ.EXE, in its own directory in Program Files.

Because school cant login ftp, and Windows XP at home is incompatible with my modem. Im putting ME on, but it's a tough job if you're hard drive is not FAT32 but NTFS. Can you make an http site where I can login and upload?

I dunno it just gives a timeout. But it is possible using ASP language. Maybe with XML, too. You did it before when the site was just opened and there were problems with the ftp server remember?

That didn't allow you to upload it just gave you a directory listing off of the main server, silent.net. You can view this site at www.silenti.net/~fed2k/ if you wanted, looks messed up due to ssi calls though. It gave you a directory listing like an ftp would because there was no index.shtml file at the time and on this server at least it doesn't forbid you to view directory contents.

ASP wouldn't work since these servers are running linux and as far as I know asp doesn't work on *nix servers just Microsoft ones.

Ah rats.I hate the incompatibility of Linux. And the site you gave me doesn't work anymore. Ill just have to upload at home I guess, but I dont like that.
