Having read through the entire 6 pages, a long haul due to the trash between posts.

IMO dust, part of the problem with the misinterpretation of your stance is your use of language. to say WRONG implies a moral judgement has been made unless this is used in a fixed arguement.

eg 1+1=3 this is wrong ie incorrect due to us accepting mathematic principle that 1+1=2

Whereas a statement like it is wrong to kill is interpreted instantly to be a moral based arguement which it is.

Society as a whole has agreed that killing other humans is wrong based on moral values established over the years. It is the same with good/evil these are moral based concepts.

Being amoral you should have no need to consider whether something is benefical or not, infact you need not consider at all.

Only people with morals need to consider which choice to make whether to do right or wrong as they see it based on their moral values.

Using the term morally wrong defines your arguement. ie i belive this wrong purely from a moral stand point. Where as i belive it is wrong to steal implies that it is not only morally wrong but other factors have been given equal consideration.

Homosexuality is morally wrong shows an idealogical stance as does it's wrong.

IMO you should not use subjective terms if you don't want us to question your stance on morality eg It is illogical or illegal.

Most laws are arrived at from a moral stand point as are most opinions whether we acknowledge it or not.

I'm too used to using the words to go changing them now. Besides, what kind of argument is based solely on semantics?

Generally when I say something is 'wrong' I mean logically wrong. I.e. it makes no logical sense. I can't rememver any time in the recent past where this has not been the case... But then my memory isn't exactly wonderful. Saying 'logically wrong' implies that morally I might think something different, when I don't.

"Besides, what kind of argument is based solely on semantics?"

Well, here in PRP, we seem to have dozens of arguments solely about semantics. Most of them grasping at straws, but nevertheless.
