Trouble trying to connect to WOL

When I click the Internet button I get most of the screen going black and it quits from dune and I get the following error message:

"gpChat is NULL. CoCreateInstance failed

REGDB_E_CLASS_NOTREG - class not registered. [gGameTicks = 0] "

Yeah, uh could anyone help me with the problem? (Knew i forgot to add something ;) )

long time no see , i had the same problem as you once to cure it i reinstalled dune , but i suppose you have allready tried that , what happened to your emulation website simmsey last time i looked it had gone , there is a new patch which you need to play online its on the DLA website , its also on mine , but not got around to uploading it yet , http://mysite.freeserve.com/shygirl4

Hope to play with you again soon! I stopped my emulation site cos i was really busy (the usual excuse ;) ) but hope to get it going soon, maybe even a Dune 2k site or something.

Anyways the DLA site is just a forum??? Can't find any patches, and your downloads are all dead links :(

Hmm I'm having many problems.

The copy of Dune 2000 I downloaded from Kazaa which probably didn't help. The single player and practise mode works but not the internet bit for which i get that error.

Will the rotorz patch help that? anyway i got the .86 version of RC but when I try and run it it goes "Run time error 76 Path not found"

GRRR!!!

Maybe I need a different copy of dune or something???

oh dear...you have pirated software....you must buy orginal CD,  i tried some months ago this but  to play online i neeeded bought dune2000 CD !.but on forum is not allowed talking about pirated software  >:( .....best way is bought dune2000 CD from ebay.com or amazon.com
