Gunny Posted January 26, 2004 Share Posted January 26, 2004 i know this may be a really stupid question - but i cant get the lan feature in dune i got 2 computors hooked thru a router and both will connect to wol - but i wanna play lan on them in case the internet shuts down - ( i have had this problem once in a while) lol i aint very computor literate - so i basicly need a step by step , on setting it up on both my computors - i been lookin for ixp/sxp in my computor and cant really find any thing thanks for any and all help gunny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

gryphon Posted January 28, 2004 Share Posted January 28, 2004 go to local network, display network conenctions. You will see the network adpaters in your computer. Select the one you are using for your LAN, right-click on it and select properties.You will get a screen like the one below.If like in the screenshot the IPX protocol isn't installed use the install button and select it from protocol.
