Hello...

I have a new digital camera and I'm trying to bring the images on my computer for the first time. The program which came with the camera is installed, but it seems that it doesn't see the camera. The USB is connected (well pluged), the camera is on.

Someone would propose me another program to try with? I'm with Win2000.

Visit either microsoft updates page or your camera's web site,and download the latest drivers.

Also go into system,hardware,device manager click on USB ports,go into the power management tab,uncheck the box,"allow this computer to switch off this device to save power"

When you connect the camera make sure it is switched to AVI recording.Open the Camera's software app,and select live playback.

Erm... there's no USB port in my device manager. It may be problem but it's weird and I don't know how to arrange that. I'm on Win2000 pro, service pack 4.
