I installed Service Pack 1 and SURPRISE: Emperor works. But always a good thing that happen to me must have a dark side.

Now When I start a skirmish game in Generals, after a few minutes later the game start, all my building explode to hell and I lose the game.

Help.

Generals started doing that after you upgraded to SP1 ?

you probably know that that is a sign that you have an invalid serial for Generals. . .have you tried to reinstall it after you upgraded to SP1 ?
