This annoying little box keeps popping up.

I've flown through Norton and Adaware and they don't pick up anything, though I think its because of my brothers little porn site visits on my PC, any help?

What tasks are showing up in your task manager? Also what is in the startup tab in msconfig?

Nothing in task manager except what I'm running: AIM, MSN, my Music Folder and Windows Search.

rundll is used to execute DLL files from the command line .. .and cnbabe.dll is most likely a spyware dll beying addressed by a running program of yours. Do you have any aditional taskbars for IE installed ?
