Dune in Celestia

I made this thread in Duniverse, but I am hoping moderators will allow me to post this thread here for a little advertising of sorts. I have pictures posted up in the duniverse board in the Celestia and Dune thread.

I have made a full solar system oriented from the dune universe. I used the DE and franks ideas for all of it, with some ideas from me. I am going to make some more conceptual solar systems soon as well, like with delta pavonis, where Caladan Hails from. Right now though I am still working on the Canopus solar system, as it is still really rough. I want to perfect it before I move on to anything else. I hope some of you are interested in this, and hope maybe some of you will be impressed. I have put the textures needed as well as the data file in seperate folders and zipped them, then placed those zip files into a primary folder with a manual in it, I then zipped that. It has everything needed to run the canopus solar system Mod on celestia, and the manual helps with setting things up and gives background info on the planets and moons.

Celestia is a wonderful 3d space observitory program, I used it so that you can experiance the Dune universe and it's planets in 3d. You can see the mechanics of the planets and everything, I really like what I did and hope I can get the zip file up on this site. All you need is Celestia to see it. (its a free download and is only 11 or so Megabytes). Like I said the Zip file for the mod is finished, i am proud of it, and hope that maybe I can find a way of sending it on this site for downloading if anybody is interested.

I hope I dont sound pathetic.lol This is just really cool for me personally. It is some of my first application/game manipulating and adding. I think this mod will be awesome for anybody who loves Dune or Celestia.
