I started playing EB4D again the other day after buying a new copy. Funny thing is, i have the minimum processor speed listed + twice as much ram and video stuff as listed, but the FMV scenes are really choppy (ie i have to skip them because they are unplayable really) while the game itself (with a few grfx settings lowered) plays fine. I would have thought that would have been the other way around.

Is there a way to compensate for this? I tried what it says in the readme file, but it made little difference really.

ALso, i can install the game on another computer (shared but not reallyt mine) here so is it possible to unlock the movies somehow and just watch them out of sequence as a movie or something? (star trek klingon academy does this, which is a cool idea).

About the choppyness, try placing +w behind the shortcut's command line..

how do i place it behind the command line? it tells me that the path is incorrect as i have changed the name by adding '+w'.

Make sure there's a space between the current path and the +w

(Example: C:WestwoodEBFDemperor.exe +w)..

If I'm not mistaken, it loads the video's before playing them..
