Nationstates and Cookie question...

Every time I go on nationstates,I log on but it says that my browser did not send a cookie.(I did it on both IE and Opera)I did everything I could think of,deleted cookies,set down the cookie block level for "allow all cookies"

Put nationstates on the "always allow cookies" list,downloaded Microsoft shit,etc,but nothing WORKED! any advice? :-[ :-X :-
