the jihad created even more evils than I have thought. though this has probably been thought of many itmes before, I have seen that after the jihad there was tremendus fanatacism obviously. People were at the boiling point and because of this the very leaders that harnessed this ignorance began to break it down. They brought in the CET so that religion could be unified and homogenized. By doing so the people could not easily decent into independant thought. It seems that all the butlerian jihad did was destroy tyrants that used computers, and replace that with tyrants that used religion. It is amazing that the CET is looked upon and acted upon with such strictness. That it is almost outlawed to have an independant religion. Why is it that when you finally free the people of tyranny, that you have to make them even more ignorant than they already are? of course I and all of you know why, because it makes an easier population to rule. it is not right at all though obviously. what do you guys think? :)

I agree with the pre jihad their were tyants and after Jihad their were tyrants that were not computers. But from the looks of the butlerian jihad books, back then was a much harsher time for humans that were ruled by a tyrant.

sorry, forgot to say not including the butlerian jihad series. I am talking strictly about the books frank wrote. nothing else.

it wasent much harsher by the way, and from what it seems, franks work indicates that computers didnt control humans. it was humans that controlled computers that controlled humans. kinda confusing.lol but that is what I get from it. what do you get? if you disagree give me input.
