You are . But for the first levels it's relly a good strategy.

;)First creat 10 of the first infantry. place 10 of them in each ramp an then make 5 of the 2nd infantry on the list {sniper, Missile infantry} for each ramp and then 3 af the first unit in each ramp and then 2 of each 2nd unit in the list and you have a good defence. ;D For offence 5 1st infantry ,8 2nd infantry and 5 first unit and 4 2nd unit. :O ::)

I think the sadukar are the best. I ally with them first and then 20 of them to make an enemy base demolished .
