On my pc too, the game crashed now and then (it even crashed the OS - Windows 10). Also, the cutscenes didn't play (black screen). These issues seem to have been resolved by configuring the video options (via the launcher/updater menu): check Force DirectDraw emulation check Cutscene Change Resolution check Enable DxWnd check GDI Mode Hopefully this helps someone. :-)
