(Hello All Emperor Fans, old friends, and may be future ones ;)) I had exactly the same pb >:(. The game was working fine two mounths ago... Today, i wanted to play a lan with a friend, and it was impossible :O !!! loading screen... and nothing more. :( As u, i had uninstall the game... with no possibilty to reinstall. :'( BUT : The Install Fix worked great ! Installation starts easily, and the new exe file works great ! Now I can play... may be u have missed something ? I hope u will find a solution to ur pb (sorry for my so bad english :-)
