I'm a long time Emporer fan and player and i would like to play multi player on the internet but i'm having problems .  When i try to ally with someone a screen comes up with everyone,s name on it . What do I do from here? Also , if I am playing in a four player game and i am defeated can i exit the game or will this mess everything up for the remaining players . I'd appreciate some help .             Thanks

when box comes up click the small box beside name of person you want to ally with should change from blue to clear.  also if thats not working you can find a unit of the person ur wanting to ally with, select it and press the A button it will ally that way too.

after you are defeated you can sitck around or leave its up to you i guess. I usally leave unless we plan on rematching or something or if its a close game (and its not lagging) I'll hang around and watch it
