change the title, it's misleading and misrepresentative

there will never be an Emperor II. you just phrased it like that to get everyone to look at the thread even tho not everyone is gonna wanna look at it

edit: for those viewing the thread after it has been changed and hence don't understand why i posted this, the title originally stated "Emperor II"

edit number 2: this post should stay here in case Vilgent uses the "edit post" function to edit the title it back to it's original state whent he Mods aren't looking
