Nomad and Darklands

Does anybody know of these games? they are two of the most creative ever made in my opinion. Both made in the early 90s, but both expansive. Nomad is great because it was one of the first real 3d rpgs. You could go to many planets and trade, smuggle, commit piracy and rob other ships, or follow the game plan and go through each mission to build a status among the aliens. The story is very good and has a culture for every race.

Darklands is based on the darkages at around 1400 A.D. in germany. It is huge and the game takes months to complete. You can work for money, barter and trade and follow many paths. You can be evil or Good and both lead to seperate endings. the words I say dont do justice to it because it is so good. Have any of you guys heard of these games? if so say something here. :)

Nomad sounds familiar but I do not think I have ever heard of Darklands. Describe what is on the cover of the box each comes in I am interested in playing.
