Yes, I agree. Intelligence does not evolve just like that. What do we really need intelligence for? Only dolphins, apes and humans are self-aware, and in one or another way intelligent. Why not cats or dogs? The same goes for the machines and computers, they simply don't become sentient one day, someone must build a "brain" for them. That is one of the many reasons why I believe humans have souls. A soul is the intelligence, the feelings, the desisions you make. How come else every 6 billion (and counting) persons on this planet do not have the same behaviour and feelings?
