Solved my very first questions ( ;D ), I have one more about the new maps avaliable for download: all except the official maps that I have downloaded show not the map picture when it is selected on game setup. IxianMace Posted September 12, 2002 Share Posted September 12, 2002 Well some of the user made maps have thumbnails that just don't show up. I don't know what the reason for this is. A good example of this is the map "Temple of Arrakis"Also, if you downloaded a user made map and unpacked it using MapPacker, you should be able to see the thumbnail in the game because you can't make .cmf files (i.e. the map files in a compressed format) unless you include the thumbnail along with all the other files. Unless you deleted the !05%thumb.tga file in the folder of the map (in the EmperorDataMaps directory) that you selected in the game, you should be able to see the thumbnail (the little picture of the map in the box in the game setup for skirmish). :P Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
