Civilization III Mod?

Hello Again.

Just wondering, is there any Dune mods or Dune total conversion for this game (Civ III). If you played it, it will be a perfect game to mod. If I'm correct, there are almost 11 to 16 races (I'm not quite sure) and this just perfect to replace all those races with the dune races like the bene gesserit, atreides,harkonnen,tleilaxu,ordos,corrino,guild,smugglers, and all the races of the dune (I don't know all the races, sorry) and another one, you can be a trader in Civ III (perfect for the smugglers)instead of using forces, or use brutal forces (perfect for the harkonnen) or you can make a deal by helping them defeats their enemies with the right price of course . and with the right tools including the ideas, this mod will not be impossible. The reason I ask this, because there's a map called battle for dune or whatever (sorry, I forgot the name of the maps) that can be downloaded in the dune editing website. If anyone is creating this or just planning, I whould be glad to help by supplying ideas, sorry, I'm not good at editing but I do think you know. So, If anyone know where I can find this mods. Can you please tell me?

emperor wouldnt support all those races like civ does. when you start a game in civ, only some races are there, but in emp, all are there. you would have to get the emperor source (impossible) from WW or IG to do this.....

Thanks but you dont get me man, I said, modding it, you will be making modification in the Civilization III like what we did in the EBFD, adding the corrino's by modding the atreides models, that is what were going to do, modding Civilization III like what their doing now by changing the other models or should I say, their changing the faces of the the current faces in the game like Bishmark, the geramn leader on the game, they change the face of Bishmark to Adolf Hitler, see?, just imagine, you will change the face of Bishmark to Baron Rakkon (I don't know the spelling) and the other civ rulers to Duke Achillus, and the other rulers of Dune. And someday, we will have the knowledge to make a total conversion for civ III, changing the whole game into a world of Dune. Right?
