This is a revised Duty Free Warmonger map with three different 10 year scenarios based on the starting dates of 1850, 1900, and 1950.  The Tycoon program allows 5 year increments between the minimum and maximum starting dates so for 3 scenarios it was necessary to end the game if any date other than these 3 are used to start.
