GruntMods' Dune 2000, Video Display Resolution problem.

So, just downloaded and installed GruntMods' Dune 2000, and I'm having an issue.  No matter what I change the Resolution to in Configure Settings, no matter if I play Windowed or not, I still have black boarders.  At the default setting, they're relatively small on the top and bottom, but I can go up to my full display resolution (1280x1024) and I get a tiny game window inside a huge black field.  No idea what's causing this.  Windows 10 system.  Anyone have some helpful advice?  Thank you.

The main menu is always that small, that's because the game only supported 640x400 resolution. The community made high res patch allows you to change your resolution, but that is only for the actual game play
