Need to change account name

I would like to change my account name here on this forum and retain my posts (from PurpleScrin to Zocom7), the same user name I currently use in the CNCNZ and the official C&C forums. I changed my email and display name earlier, but the login still thinks I am using an old account name.

 

Now I am not sure if any forum staff can do this, if not, tell me which administrator(s) I can contact who can do this.

 

The other problem is that I am unable to PM any forum or admin staff in this forum (not sure if that is a bug or something).
