Ownership of Dune 2000 units ignored?

I noticed that there is little to do to make subhouse unique factions.

For example if I add trike, raider and stealth raider to Smugglers, then Ordos and who share the same Light Factory will have both those three units even if the owner is different. Then I make deviator buildable in Light Factory....and smugglers can build too despite the unit is reserved for Ordos.

It is a trouble with Sardaukar and Fremen: if I add sietch and imperial palace as prerequisite then Harkonnen will build imperial palace and Atreides will build sietch...despite there is a unique imperial costruction yard!

If I don't want Siege Tanks for Fremen they will build them regardless the ownership because they use Atreides Factory. But I solved the problem! I give them the Imperial Heavy Factory (emperor don't build Siege Tanks too) and they don't build them. Strange enough even if Emperor and Fremen share the factory, the emperor build harkonnen combat tank and Fremen build atreides combat tank regardless what I am doing. With this trick I was able to make sardaukar buildable by Emperor only....but the unit don't exit from the base: I can build, then I have to sell the structure to use the sardaukar.

With the same trick I gave to Mercenary and Smuggler the same vehicles of Ordos but the possibility to build Missile Tank: I guess is because they use Mercenary Heavy Factory in the mod.

Too bad 2nd prerequisite where you can set precise building make the game crash.

However ownership for units usually mean: if you tick this unit for a faction then all house that share the same facility will build it.

Ownership of buildings for subhouse seems simply ignored with the exception of the two heavy factories and the smuggler starport: for the rest you can only swap between the three main faction.
