A new remake map. Elephants of Africa #4 & Elephants of Africa II

Attached is a modified map of Africa.

This is a map I have played a number of times,  Each time I making more changes.

I played it more as a builders map; But the win events should still work.

I added more AI players.  There are two pre-started RRs.  

As Chairman you have control of both.

I was using the AI RRs that started up, as feeder lines to my RR.

This way I was able to reduce micro-management of all railroads.

I spent most of my time building and working the stock market.

Well I took this map (Elephants of Africa 4) into a complicated world, with a very different play style.

It requires a tycoon builder to play it.  Not so hard;  But, care is needed to not get kicked out of Africa.

I got my new events to work in a round-about way.  But, this added the different flavor the map has.

I think of this map as a could have been Africa had everyone got along in the early times.

And had the railroads been allowed to prosper.  

Hauling is about the same, but the wins may not be as easy to achieve.

I'm going to play it a couple more times to check for any hidden problems.

Then I will post it.

Geeeezzz.  One goof after another.  I took a France Charter this time. 

I was on my final play through and I merged an AI and forgot it had a cell where

another AI joined the 1st AIs track in forbidden territory.  I learned a lesson there.

I bulldozed all AI track in Portuguese's territory except for this connection cell with the 2nd AI

I now owned a cell of track that I was unable to bulldoze. 

I'm playing the costs very close and can't afford the fines this will cause.

Well! not all is lost.  I did a save a year back and will just re-play this year over again.

It has been raining now for a couple of days with a another storm close behind the first two.

This gives me extra time to continue to test this map.

I got booted out of Africa. 

So I will re-start the map and this time obey the charter I choose.

Germany kept telling me England was invading their territory in Africa.

Turned out I had coded a trigger backward. 

I pointed the arrow to point to less than instead of more than.

England was obeying the charter and with my mistake I kept getting booted out of Germany with a low net worth.

This map has more penalties for disobeying the charter and

Well!  there is a lot of changes from the last version.

It is still a puzzle map for those that like to build.

Win events are the same.  It is all about making money.
