Planes for Congress

I didn't know that the Army maintained a fleet of passenger jets for the use of Congress.

The average cost for each round trip flight is roughly $150 thousand dollars.

It is not unusual to have a congress person use a jet to take their family and friends on vacation.

On top of that their expense accounts are almost unlimited.

It is not unusual for the hotel bill to exceed $150 thousand dollars for a weeks stay.

I wonder if the plane waits for them for that week or goes home to returns at the end of the week for another $150,000.00 dollars.

Not only do they use tax-payers money to build the feeding troughs;  They also feed them selfs from them.

And, I use to think that Congress was under paid.  I wonder how many pigs I have voted into office?
