thomasjordan
Last night (Tuesday) the History Channel had an episode of "Extreme Trains." It was about the modern Union Pacific's through fast freight of refrigerator cars going from Washington State to New York State.Lots of really good incab views of a Dash-9. Good segment on UP "train simulator" to teach new engineers. The History Channel usually runs shows for a couple of days, so you may be able to catch later in the week.Rob
Hawk
I've watched the first 4 shows in that series, but I find the host a bit irritating. There's also been a lot of mis-information in all 4 shows.
thomasjordan
Hawk:I agree the host was irritating. I can't for the accuracy or inaccuracy of this one episode. I was watching it mostly for the scenery of Oregon's Blue Mountains.
