Well I formated the hard drive and reloaded the programs etc.

Sound seem to gotten lost in the process.

I don't need sound to look at your map.  Will do that next. Then I will go back and look for Mr. Sound.  I must have had an updated drive that was deleted.

I guess RRT3 doesn't like the way I set up my computer.

RT2 runs but RRT3 crashes.  Installed the patch, direct X, etc. 

No Go.  I tore this thing apart and must have missed installing something back into it.

Merfitz,  Until I solve this computer problem in the little time I have, maybe I can help you work on your map.  Have you placed the cities yet?

Hi Gwizz, Yes I have placed the cities, I have downloaded a file to help understand the events section, so will give that a good read and see what happens

Well shoot,  The computer I was using for e-mail and the net had a modem attack.  I plugged the wife's computer into the phone line and its modem was irratic. It would connect then it would drop off line.

Since problems sometimes come in threes.  All my other computers were already apart.  so this one got a patchup repair so I can again connect.  Asked the wife to pick up a modem today.

So far I'm avoiding that third bullet.
