This is a map of the Southern USA, a builders map.

Only 14 events.  Of these 7 are risk events for the Poor Rich Man, you.

You start as a wealthy Tycoon and are to build rail in 1880 in the South as if no rail was built there before.  The government will be expensive to deal with.

9 AI companies could start up and their chairmen are above average in wealth.

The 2nd map has more powerful managers to hire; Otherwise,
