How do I set the company cash?

When I am create a new map and include some existing companies, after I have created the stations etc I want to give the some cash. In RT2 you could simply edit the cash and I figure you must be able to do this in RT3 but I cannot find how  ???

Geees, I quess I need to load RRT3 back on my computer.  I know you can set company cash in the editor but I don't remember how.  Maybe someone else can give some help on this this.
