I programed goods as a supply at a warehouse.

Evented the production level to minus 90 percent to reduce supply.

The warehouse kept on producing goods at the same rate.

Since Goods are a production cargo requiring a supply to produce (iron, steel or Alum.)

Production would depend upon the supply cargos at a Tool and Die Co.

But at a port or warehouse I would think the production rate could be adjusted.
