Check out the review and a caption below:Simply put, this is one of the best expansion packs I have ever played in any genre. Not only does it provide more of what Railroad Tycoon II addicts enjoyed the first time around, but it goes above and beyond the call of duty by playing with the mechanics and scenario structure to provide new and unique experiences that could not be had with the original.
