File layout updated.

Some sections reordered.

House tech levels section added.

I will be adding house tech levels to the D2K+ Mission File Editor tonight (hopefully.)

Evening all,

After some further mission file discoveries I've made today I am in the process or writing a new and more organised file specification for this file format. Will keep you posted.

Also, I was wondering whether or not it might be possible to get a research sub forum set up in the Dune 2000 forum? That would be awesome for helping keep track of mod research topics.
