Bene Gesserit Other Memory

I was woundering how far back the Bene Gesserit can go in their Other Memory? All the way back to the earliest humans, or  even further?

And how long has acctually the sisterhood excisted?

As for how far the modern bene gesserit can see back, I think it is back to early humans.

I guess there are no references to how far back they can see, but I think I read in Chapterhouse that Bene Gesserit can see evolution in their memory. I suppose that means that they have the memories of those creatures which are between human and apes(I don't know what they are called in english  :P )
