Mouse error

Mouse locks up as soon as game loads (same problem as one of the first posts here) only thing is it does it after trying all the things sugeste any other ideas?

Well if it's a mouse problem I would look to updating either DirectX, your mouse driver, or patching the game. If you have tried all of that not really sure what else you could try other then emailing Westwood tech support...

Here's a few more suggestions to try.....

1.Be sure you've got all the programs running in the background shutdown....ctrl-alt-delete and see whats running....shut the extra junk down and see if this frees up some resources for the game.

2. Be sure you have the latest video card drivers for your video card.

3. Latest motherboard drivers

4. Latest sound card drivers

5. Depending on what kind of bios you have and video card....you might want to try tweaking your bios settings with the video card aperture settings.

6. You could flash the bios in your video card if its flashable.

7. Have you got plenty of Ram? 32MB or even 64 Mb is pretty lean for Win98. 128 or more is optimal.

8. Your message was kind of vague...are you overclocking your Cpu or video card?

9. I know....20 questions here....it would help if you could give us more detail on what your system is setup like....
