Well if people are going to say "any drug is addictive" then hell everything can be addictive, from playing videogames, to masterbating, to sex, to making waffles.

But, mental addictiosn are a hell of a lot easier to break then Physical ones, and claiming that a mental addiction is something that should keep something banned is not a very good argument, since almost everything can be mentally addictive. Keep whats Physicaly addicting out, and make whats only mental legal.
