game exe error

Ive got a friend where i've installed emp.

I dl'ed the patch from here and installed it.

But almost every game the game crashes into an exe error.

Does somebody know what settings/and or other things trigger this error, and how to solve this

when the problem persists?

i've suffered from that one. spaze advised me to defrag and then regularly do disk clean up after playing emperor and the problem appears to have disappeared. :)
